XFFH Job Placement, Inc is a Job placement Concierge Service for ex-offenders who are in need of employment. We shop our client’s resumes around to different employers who’s hiring in all 50 states. XFFH provides a workforce of manpower by working with the Department of Corrections and parole and probation agencies to help reduce the number of our clients who are unemployed and unskilled. We provide training in the areas but not limited to:
- Resume writing
- Interviewing skills
- Banking skills
- Social Interaction
- Educational skills
Our goal is to insure that our clients upon release will be positioned to be independent and self sufficient while being dependable and an ideal employee to our client, thus increasing opportunity to become hired as a full time employee.
